Returns & Exchanges

At Esther, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
